  • 100% advance payment is required to confirm reservation.
  • All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • Primary Guest Name change attracts a 5% administrative fee.
  • Category downgrades attract a 5% charge on total booking value.
  • Extra person rate applies for guests above 6 years of age (includes extra mattress).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% cancellation charges, if canceled in less than 7 days from the check-in date.
  • 50% cancellation charges, if canceled in less than 10 days from the check-in date.
  • 25% cancellation charges, if canceled in less than 15 days from the check-in date.
  • 15% cancellation charges, if canceled in more than 15 days from the check-in date.
  • Date amendment charges are applicable as per the cancellation policy.
