  • Name changes or downgrades subject to 5% administrative fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies, including any required notice period, may vary based on the rate, dates, property policies, and other factors. The cancellation policy for your reservation will be provided upon booking.
  • As a general policy, cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival or no-shows are subject to 100% of the reservation amount as a cancellation charge to the card on file.
  • 100% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date.
  • 50% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date.
  • 25% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date.
  • 15% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-In date.
  • Date amendment charges are applicable as per the cancellation Policy above
  • In case of cancellation, refund will be processed within 15 days from receipt of the cancellation request with bank details.
  • Transaction charges and bank/payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
